Dear fellow designers,
One of my best friend’s mom has asked me to design a logo for her. I’m elated she asked me and can’t wait to start on it. However, she’s asked me twice what I charge. I have a set hourly rate, but don’t feel it’s right charge that. (I’ve never done work for family/friends) Am I being too sentimental or is there an etiquette on this sort of thing?
